Strategic Operations Coordinator for Climate Action

Alt Carbon is India's leading Climatronic company, blending science, technology & tradition to undertake climate action.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a mix of an executive assistant and administrative associate, you will work closely with the founders and cross-functional teams to streamline processes, manage communications, and support project management.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup like Alt Carbon.
The ideal candidate should be exceptionally detail-oriented, skilled at managing multiple tasks and priorities without missing a beat, and able to articulate ideas effectively in written and verbal communication.
You will provide high-level administrative assistance to the founders, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing correspondence.
Additionally, you will plan and coordinate domestic and international travel for the team, assist cross-functional teams with project tracking and documentation, act as a liaison between the founders and internal/external stakeholders, ensure clear and timely communication, oversee administrative tasks such as procurement, vendor management, and office logistics, and support planning and execution of internal and external events.
