At Alt Carbon, we're driven by a mission to tackle climate change through innovative solutions. We're seeking an organized and proactive Admin Associate to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, India.

About the Role

This pivotal role is designed to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. As a mix of an executive assistant and administrative associate, you will work closely with our founders and cross-functional teams to streamline processes, manage communications, and support project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative assistance to our founders, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing correspondence.
  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel for the team, including booking tickets, accommodations, and preparing detailed itineraries.
  • Assist cross-functional teams with project tracking and documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between our founders and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as procurement, vendor management, and office logistics to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Support planning and execution of internal and external events, including workshops, conferences, and meetings.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain records to support strategic decision-making.
