Job Description:
We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. As a mix of an executive assistant and administrative associate, you will work closely with the founders and cross-functional teams to streamline processes, manage communications, and support project management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative assistance to the founders, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing correspondence.
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel for the team, including booking tickets, accommodations, and preparing detailed itineraries.
- Assist cross-functional teams with project tracking and documentation
- Act as a liaison between the founders and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Overssee administrative tasks such as procurement, vendor management, and office logistics to maintain operational efficiency.
- Support planning and execution of internal and external events, including workshops, conferences, and meetings.

Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is ₹4-6 lpa, commensurate with experience.
