TIGI HR is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our organization, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of our company.

As an Administrative Support Specialist at TIGI HR, you will be responsible for:

  1. Travel Arrangements: Managing flight ticket bookings and travel logistics to ensure smooth business trips.
  2. Meeting Coordination: Planning and organizing meetings, conferences, and other corporate gatherings to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  3. Project Coordination: Communicating and collaborating with internal teams to monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
  4. Documentation: Preparing, reviewing, and managing reports, correspondence, and other essential documents to maintain accurate records.
  5. Schedule Management: Maintaining and updating calendars to ensure appointments are arranged and confirmed, and maintaining a high level of organization and productivity.
  6. Administrative Support: Setting up and maintaining filing systems, databases, and other administrative processes to ensure efficient workflows.
  7. Internal & External Communication: Acting as a liaison to ensure smooth information flow within the company and with external stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality when required.
  8. General Support: Providing overall administrative assistance as required by the team, being flexible with work timings to meet organizational needs.

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A graduate degree or a Secretarial Course from a reputed institution.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent administrative and computer proficiency, especially in MS Office.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling confidential information.
  • Flexibility with work timings to meet organizational needs.

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹8,00,000 - ₹10,50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes opportunities for professional growth and development.
