Risk Management Director

We are seeking an experienced Risk Management Director to lead our compliance team at Stride Ventures. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and mitigating compliance-related risks associated with our investment products. You will work closely with our teams to identify, assess, and prioritize regulatory and compliance risks, implement effective internal controls, and manage global reporting requirements. Your expertise will also be invaluable in developing and maintaining compliance policies and procedures, conducting regular audits and risk assessments, and preparing compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management and compliance, preferably in Alternative Investment Funds. You should possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. The salary range for this position is approximately $160,000 - $220,000 per year.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize regulatory and compliance risks associated with Investment products.
- Implement internal controls and procedures to prevent fraud, data breaches, and legal violations.
- Manage global reporting requirements, including submissions to SEBI, RBI, FCA, and other local regulators.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors as needed.
- Prepare compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
- Professional Qualification - Company Secretary (CS).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management and compliance, preferably in Alternative Investment Funds.
- Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations affecting Alternative Investment Funds.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
