Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Insurance Brokerage Processes: Manage the end-to-end insurance brokerage processes, including underwriting, policy issuance, renewals, claims management, and customer service.
- Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred). 8-12 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of insurance brokerage operations, including compliance and regulatory requirements. Proven leadership and team management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and implement effective solutions.
