About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading critical workstreams on complex multi-year change management initiatives for the India business. This includes owning 1st Line aggregate risk assessment and ongoing monitoring of operational risks for outsourced platforms and services.

You will provide strategic and operational risk specific advice to ensure effective identification, quantification, communication, and management of aggregate risks to the business. Additionally, you will compile best practices and learnings from historical product launches and change management initiatives, and leverage them to support risk identification throughout the Change management processes life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead critical workstreams on complex multi-year change management initiatives for the India business
  • Owning 1st Line aggregate risk assessment and ongoing monitoring of operational risks for outsourced platforms and services
  • Provide strategic and operational risk specific advice to ensure effective identification, quantification, communication, and management of aggregate risks to the business
  • Compile best practices and learnings from historical product launches and change management initiatives, and leverage them to support risk identification throughout the Change management processes life cycle

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years experience in operational risk management (e.g., within Risk and/or Internal Audit function)
  • Experience in monitoring and control of services provided for outsourced Information Technology activities
  • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact and obtain buy-in from senior BU/tech counterparts
  • Expertise in process governance, with a track record of establishing and overseeing robust decision-making processes that align with policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year (depending on location and experience)
