Job Description:

As a seasoned Oracle HCM consultant, you will lead our HRMS implementation projects and drive organizational success. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Fusion HRMS, with expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits Administration, Compensation Planning, Recruitment, Talent Development, Learning and Development, Time and Labor Management, OTL, and Onboarding modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead analysis and design of HRMS areas (Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits Administration, Compensation Planning, Recruitment, Talent Development, Learning and Development, Time and Labor Management, OTL, and Onboarding) in close cooperation with client business teams.
  • Capture functional and technical requirements, translate them into Oracle HRMS module requirements, and integrate these requirements with other functional and technical teams.
  • Design processes and prepare solution blueprints for project implementation.
  • Configure the system and test the solution with users.
  • Provide user training and support cutover and stabilization of the solution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS HRMS Functional Consultant.
  • Hands-on expertise in Personalization, workflow, and Design Studio.
  • Exposure to HDL, OTBI Dashboards, or SQL skills would be an added advantage.
