
Strategic Resource Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to manage and optimize resource planning, allocation, and utilization across multiple business units and projects. This role requires a strong understanding of workforce capacity planning, demand forecasting, and cost optimization strategies to improve delivery efficiency and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain resource plans aligned with business goals and project pipelines. Forecast resource demand in collaboration with project managers and business unit heads.
- Evaluate and enhance efficient resource allocation processes to ensure timely deployment of the right resources to the right projects based on skills, availability, and business priorities.
- Optimize bench strength by proactively planning rotations and redeployment. Minimize idle time and improve billability.
- Analyze and drive pyramid structure alignment and workforce rotation strategies to improve cost efficiency and project margins.
- Monitor and analyze resource utilization metrics regularly. Identify areas for improvement and work with delivery teams to increase effective utilization.
- Contribute to billed headcount improvement and revenue enhancement through strategic resource planning.
- Drive process improvements related to resource management and implement best practices to streamline operations.
- Foster seamless communication and coordination of resourcing needs among stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Operations, or related field.
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in resource planning, workforce management, or project delivery support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders and changing priorities.
- Experience with resource management tools such as Planview, SAP, MS Project, or similar platforms.
