Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Human Resources Training Coordinator. The Human Resources Training Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating training programs, assisting in the development of training materials, and managing the logistics of training sessions. Daily tasks include scheduling training sessions, communicating with participants, and ensuring the smooth execution of training events. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the HR team to support overall human resources initiatives and maintaining training records.

Qualifications

- Training Coordination and Training & Development skills
- Human Resources (HR) knowledge and HR Management skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a team
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Experience in the HR field is a plus
- Diploma in Mechanical / BTech Mechanical Engineering
- 1-2 Year Experiences
