Human Resources Business Partner Role

Description:

This Human Resources Business Partner role requires an individual with 4+ years of experience in HRBP and overall 4+ years of experience in Human Resources. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the business units, their goals, challenges, and priorities, and contribute to the end-to-end employee life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing strategic partnerships with business units to drive organizational success
  • Monitoring and improving employee satisfaction and engagement levels
  • Spearheading process improvements across the employee lifecycle
  • Participating in organizational change initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures
  • Managing critical employee escalations and grievances
  • Collaborating with leadership to develop and implement reward and recognition programs
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of reward and recognition initiatives
  • Building and managing effective interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in HRBP role and overall 4+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Minimum of a Master's degree in Human Resource or related field
