We are looking for a HR business partner to join our team at CorroHealth, Bangalore. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to drive performance, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. provides expert guidance on talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Management:
  • Drive onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Organizational Development:
  • Support change management initiatives, culture-building efforts, and organizational design improvements.
  • Data-Driven Insights:
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and improve workforce effectiveness.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to employment practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in Workday systems and Microsoft Office Suite
