What you ll do for us
- Consult with leadership and employees to provide daily HR guidance globally
- Develop and nurture partnerships to bridge the divide between management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Monitor attrition and retention and work on strategies to ensure a healthy attrition management
- Improve and monitor employee productivitywork with business closely for performance management, compensation management
- Provide input on workforce planning and succession planning as well as plans business unit restructuring
- Maintain awareness of the culture, plans, financial position, and competition of the business units under the HR purview
- Consult regularly with management and provide guidance when appropriate
- Collaborate with colleagues in the human resources department to develop policies, programs, and solutions
- Analyze data trends and metrics to inform business decisions
- Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary
- Find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention
Education:Bachelor s degree in business, communications, or related field
Experience:1-2 years of HR Business Partner experience
Skills:
- Outstanding people and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills
