The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing, and implementing growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities by researching new market opportunities, potential clients, and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop strategies to approach and pursue these opportunities effectively.
  • Lead generation and prospecting through various channels, including email marketing, cold calling, referrals, and digital outreach.
  • Develop and present proposals by collaborating with the sales head to nurture leads, compelling presentations, and pitches.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and refine business development strategies.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in BCA, B. Tech, or a related field in IT services.
  • A proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
