Job Description:

Nexus Hire is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to join our team. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through effective lead generation, prospecting, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Product Presentation: Clearly articulate the benefits and value of our ERP software to potential customers, highlighting how it can improve their business operations and efficiency.
  • Customer Engagement and Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Consulting: Use a consultative approach to understand the unique requirements of each prospect and align the appropriate ERP solution to meet their specific needs.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the sales process from lead qualification to deal closure, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for customers.
  • Followup and Nurturing: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads, answer questions, and guide potential customers through the sales process.
  • Database and CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and customer information in the CRM system, utilizing CRM software to track and manage sales activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies, implement sales strategies, and achieve sales objectives.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, including progress towards targets, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, preferably within the ERP sector.
  • Strong verbal communication skills to engage prospects and articulate the benefits of our ERP software clearly.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software or similar business software is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
