About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in B2B sales with a focus on international markets, preferably with a background in Inside Sales/Sales Development Representative or Telesales roles. They should possess excellent presentation, negotiation, and sales closing skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Fluency in written and verbal English is essential for effective collaboration with stakeholders across regions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound prospecting calls to identify and qualify potential clients in the USA.
- Develop and maintain a strong lead pipeline through effective cold-calling techniques.
- Research and understand the needs of potential clients in the USA market.
- Deliver compelling presentations that highlight clients' products and services.
- Negotiate deals and close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on all sales activities.
- Proven success in cold calling and lead generation.
- Experience working in a night shift environment (mandatory).
- A strong understanding of negotiation, cold calling, and sales principles.
This role comes with an attractive salary of approximately $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, plus incentives based on sales performance. Immediate joiners are preferred, but we also welcome undergraduates with relevant experience to apply.
