Job Overview

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through phone calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and generate sales opportunities.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or online chat, providing product information and assisting with purchase decisions.
  • Track new leads, follow up with clients for offer submitted, and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings to discuss progress, share best practices, and align on sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work effectively independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Female candidates preferred for this position, with excellent English communication skills.
