The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Snaphunt. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and ensuring all leads are well qualified for our sales teams.

The Role

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies through cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation activities.
  • Handle incoming queries and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Qualify leads by identifying decision makers and understanding their requirements.
  • Hand over qualified leads to the sales teams to close sales.
  • Maintain and update the lead generation database.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets set by the business.

The Ideal Candidate

  • At least 1 year of experience in Inside Sales or Sales Development Representative role, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of calling and sales techniques.
  • Highly goal-driven and able to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong team player with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong networker and relationship builder.
