Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Baroda

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Baroda region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strong relationships with clients, and managing a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate business leads through internal and external channels
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Cultivate new sales leads to establish business and negotiate services
  • Responsible for overall profitability of the respective branches in the region
  • Leverage company value proposition to expand customer base
  • Manage resource allocation while identifying emerging markets and market shifts
  • Responsible for the performance and development of team
  • Create and manage the branch's strategic plan
  • Develop and maintain best business practices
  • Drive customer retention and growth through strategic account planning and relationship building
  • Maintains healthy receivables & monitor level of bad debts
  • Drive both revenue and margin growth across vertical

Requirements:

  • Candidate with 15-20 years of experience in freight forwarding/ISO Tank sales is mandatory
