This is an exciting, full-time hybrid opportunity where you'll lead in formulating and implementing strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand Devtron's market presence. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to align efforts and deliver tailored, high-impact solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand Devtron's market presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts and deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Act as a trusted ambassador in client engagements, understanding their business needs and presenting Devtron's solutions with precision and confidence.
  • Sell to technical audiences in target companies, including ISVs, DNBs, high-growth startups, and enterprises across sectors.
  • Work with Founders to set ambitious sales targets, ensuring the team consistently achieves growth quarter-on-quarter.

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in sales, business development, and customer success, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
  • Proven experience in sales operations and team leadership, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and motivate sales teams to consistently meet and exceed targets.
  • Proven success in achieving and surpassing sales quotas, with a results-driven approach to business growth.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes or cloud-native technologies is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
