Regional Business Development Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in Mumbai. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base through strategic sales planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and achieve business objectives
- Acquire new clients through field visits and generate hotel sales through the B2B market
- Train clients on using our hotel booking system and promote our brand and product positioning
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business
Requirements:
- 4+ years' experience in travel trade with a focus on sales management, business development, and client relationship management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the travel industry and market trends, with a degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
Salary: ₹1,000,000 - ₹1,600,000 per annum
