Strategic Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team at MBSAP Enterprises.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining business relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving growth through strategic partnerships and client development.
Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, current expertise, and existing contacts.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate repeat business and increase revenue.
- Contract Negotiation: Persuade clients to sign search contracts on exclusive and/or retainer basis.
- Candidate Matching: Assist clients in formulating their expectations and contractual requirements to match candidates with suitable roles.
- Research Support: Collaborate with internal researchers to identify and shortlist suitable candidates for client roles.
- Education: MBA or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3-4 years of prior industry-related business development experience.
- Skillset: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies, focused and goal-oriented.
A competitive salary of ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities.
