Lakshmi Corporate Services seeks a talented Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expansion.
Job Description:This is a dynamic role that requires the ability to generate new business opportunities, lead marketing initiatives, and develop targeted marketing programs to enhance the company's cash flow and growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively with internal and external teams, and have a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives, target customer segments, and marketing budgets.
- Launch targeted marketing campaigns, monitor progress, and provide pre- and post-campaign reporting analysis.
- Create impactful content for various marketing initiatives, working closely with internal and external teams.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions, maximize conversion rates, and expand revenue per customer.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and a results-driven professional who can contribute to the company's growth and success.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
