About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lead Growth Strategist to join our team at Cartrabbit. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies that drive revenue growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic plans for our software product websites, including campaign support, site architecture, and keyword analysis opportunities.
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across major search channels to improve rankings.
  • Analyze web analytics data to evaluate the effectiveness of traffic-building initiatives and provide recommendations for improvements in content marketing, user experience, and conversion.
  • Provide SEO analysis and recommendations for content development in coordination with SEO performance goals.
  • Evaluate and analyze content relationships to identify gaps and duplication.
  • Help create and support marketing content for social media purposes, such as customer videos, briefs, case studies, blog posts, and analyst/customer posts.
  • Leverage an in-depth understanding of our buyer's journey to develop and optimize SEO traffic, providing insights on content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure SEO best practices are met and provide technical SEO recommendations to improve website accessibility for search engines.

About You

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in digital growth marketing. You should have a bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, information science, or a related field, and relevant work experience in content marketing, SEO, and analytics.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, information science, or a related field
  • Experience in content marketing, SEO, and analytics
  • Advanced knowledge of WordPress and Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with Google Search Console tools
  • Plus experience with SEO editorial content marketing

Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹35,000 per month

Location: Coimbatore (work from office)
