About the Role
">Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing marketing plans to optimize product display and maximize sales.
- Coordinating with international buyers to understand their requirements and prepare customized catalogues and mood boards.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, exceeding their expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Generating new enquiries and leads through trade fairs and other marketing activities.
- Collaborating with the design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Conducting market research and staying updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support.
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in marketing and merchandising, preferably in the home textiles industry.
- A proven track record of successfully marketing and selling home textile products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in coordinating with international buyers and managing client relationships.
- Ability to prepare customized catalogues and mood boards as per buyer's requirements.
- Proactive and self-driven with the ability to exceed sales targets.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
