Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Account Manager who will serve as the primary liaison between our clients and our agency. You'll be responsible for overseeing content creation, design projects, and video production, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with client expectations.

Your role will involve coordinating with senior-level professionals, such as directors and doctors, with professionalism and maturity. You'll identify and resolve potential issues proactively, guaranteeing client satisfaction and project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
  • Provide regular performance reports, data analytics insights, and actionable recommendations.
  • Oversee content creation, design projects, and video production to align with client expectations.
  • Coordinate with senior-level professionals, such as directors and doctors, with professionalism and maturity.
  • Identify and resolve potential issues proactively, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 4 – 8 years of managing large-scale clients in a digital marketing role.
  • Skills: Expertise in digital marketing strategies, content creation, data analytics, reporting, design, and video production.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage teams effectively.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Suite, video editing software).
Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
