At Prognova Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Strategic Business Growth Specialist to drive business expansion and enhance our client relationships.
We specialize in providing strategic solutions to businesses, helping them optimize their human resources and financial operations for maximum efficiency and growth.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by researching and generating lists of potential customers, nurturing the database, and ensuring maximum customer progression.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Research and generate lists of potential customers,
- Nurture the database and ensure maximum customer progression,
- Provide input on customer briefs, presentations, and sales literature,
- Help develop client relationships,
- Learn and apply sales techniques,
- Handle CRM and maintain sales records
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or B2C Sales role, ideally within the Real Estate and Ecommerce / Marketplaces industry.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; working knowledge of Sales and Business development.
- Leadership Skills: Strong mentor and coach who can build high-performing teams.
- Teamwork: Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data.
