Key Responsibilities:- Financial Leadership: Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Accounting Oversight: Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with local regulations.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial statements and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and working capital to maintain liquidity and optimize financial performance.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to local accounting standards and tax regulations (e.g., GST, TDS).
- Stakeholder Interaction: Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Qualifications: Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and professional qualification of Inter in CA/CMA/CS preferred.
- Experience: 15+ years in finance and accounting roles, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of NetSuite is mandatory.
- Priorities: Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
The estimated salary for this role is ₹40 lakhs per annum, considering the location, industry, and required experience.
