Sandfits Foundries are located in and around Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India and has a certified IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.


Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of Sandfits, driving strategic financial planning, ensuring financial stability and the growth. This role involves managing budgets, financial planning, risk management, and compliance in line with Indian laws.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to achieve profitability and cost-efficiency targets.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, national, and international financial regulations and standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, including market risks, credit risks, and operational risks.
  • Cost Control: Implement cost control measures to improve financial performance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources.
  • Strategic Advice: Provide strategic financial advice to the Managing Director and other senior management.
  • Tax Planning: Oversee tax planning and compliance to optimize tax liabilities.
  • Mergers and Acquisitions: Support and manage financial aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Chartered Accountant or Cost and Management Accountant with more than 20 years of experience and out of which 2 years of experience at the leadership level. Experience in manufacturing industry, more specifically auto-component industry is preferred.

Skills: Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
