Job Title: Business Operations Analyst

Overview

The Sales Operations Specialist role is responsible for providing analytical support to the core sales operations team. This includes identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities, as well as preparing for weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Theater and Area Vice Presidents in all facets of running the business.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support annual sales planning, including quota planning, go-to-market modeling, capacity modeling, and optimization.
  • Manage regional bookings forecast information using existing internal processes and methodologies.
  • Drive adoption of forecasting tools and dashboards to promote consistent visibility and delivery of business plans.
  • Transform raw data into actionable business information that informs strategic decisions.
  • Overcome technical limitations to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators to measure sales organization success.
  • Maintain SFDC data integrity across the Americas organization.
  • Coordinate weekly forecasting templates, ensuring timely updates and data refreshes.
  • Ensure compliance with non-standard transactions processes.
  • Monitor and report on quarterly metrics, recommending actions to improve overall business performance.
