
Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team.
This individual will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through high-volume prospecting, research, and effective communication of our value proposition.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US market, experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or similar roles. They will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to refine strategies and messaging, while consistently meeting or exceeding weekly/monthly KPIs related to lead generation and prospecting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to generate qualified leads.
- Research and identify potential clients, industries, and key decision-makers across the US market.
- Communicate our value proposition effectively and qualify prospects against set criteria.
- Schedule discovery calls, demos, or meetings for Sales/Account Executives.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach and pipeline activity in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
- 2–3 years of outbound sales, lead generation, or similar experience (B2B preferred).
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills suited for US clients.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-driven personality.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and prospecting platforms.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in SaaS, IT services, or digital marketing industries.
- Familiarity with sales automation tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, etc.).
