Job Title: Business Development Specialist
Job Description:
- Generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities and managing inbound leads.
- Nurture early-stage opportunities to gain interest through outbound cold calling across a set of existing customers and breaking into net new logos in assigned territory.
- Partner with core sellers to identify and source net new pipeline, researching lines of business and personas, and align with internal account teams.
- Identify key decision-makers within new accounts.
Key Qualifications:
- At least 2 years' experience in business development, sales or related field experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, thinking out-of-the-box and delivering high-quality work.
- Experience researching, account planning, prospecting, and cold calling into a large list of accounts that are a hybrid of net-new and existing installs.
- Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and consistent year-over-year quota attainment.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in sales or business development.
