Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a driven and goal-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, making outbound calls, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with prospects through effective communication. He/she must also keep track of lead status and update CRM with relevant information.

You will pitch services accordingly based on client requirements and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, meetings booked, and conversions. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies and handle objections and provide necessary information to prospects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting cold calls to introduce company services and qualifying leads.
  • Scheduling appointments for the sales team and maintaining a high volume of calls.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with prospects through effective communication.
  • Keeping track of lead status and updating CRM with relevant information.
  • Pitching services accordingly based on client requirements.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, meetings booked, and conversions.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies.
