Drive Pipeline Growth as a Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our business development team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving pipeline growth for VLSI, ASIC, SoC, and design services by identifying and qualifying potential global clients in the semiconductor ecosystem.

As a Business Development Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and researching potential clients in semiconductor, fabless design, and IP services sectors
  • Building lead pipelines using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and CRM tools
  • Executing outbound campaigns via email, social media, and messaging to generate qualified leads
  • Coordinating discovery calls between leads and sales/pre-sales stakeholders
  • Aligning outreach and support content-based campaigns with marketing teams
  • Maintaining accurate lead data and activity logs in CRM systems
  • Tracking key lead generation metrics (e.g., MQL, SQL conversions)
  • Supporting strategic research, competitor analysis, and client profiling
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • An MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute with an undergraduate degree in Electronics / ECE / Electrical
  • 1-5 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales (B2B tech preferred)
  • A basic understanding of semiconductor terminology (ASIC, SoC, RTL, IP, etc.) is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales outreach platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Highly motivated, research-driven, and detail-oriented
