Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment processes for technical, sales, and operations roles.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve manpower requirements.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and employer branding.
  • Design and implement KPI/KRA frameworks across departments.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance reviews with department heads.
  • Facilitate continuous feedback and performance improvement plans.
  • Implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Oversee HR policies, payroll inputs, statutory compliance, and grievance handling.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure adherence to labor laws.
  • Coordinate learning and development programs.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align workforce strategy with business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • 5–6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or tech sectors.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, performance management systems, and HR operations.
  • Prior experience in KPI/KRA management and organizational development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to mentor and lead a team of recruiters effectively.
