Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Talent Acquisition Strategist to lead and scale our recruitment strategy for a fast-growing organization. This role will drive the end-to-end talent acquisition process, build strong employer branding, and ensure we attract top talent across various functions.

This role is responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the business goals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in workforce planning, recruitment marketing, and HR technology.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement a strategic talent acquisition plan to meet short-term and long-term hiring needs.
  • Lead a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists to achieve high performance and quality hires.
  • Build and promote a strong employer brand to attract top talent in the industry.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to run recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and digital branding initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR/Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in scaling hiring operations in fast-growth organizations, preferably in the fintech or technology sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, ATS, and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
