- Culture & Values Promotion: Drive initiatives to build a strong, inclusive, and values-driven culture.
- Leadership Support: Provide guidance to business leaders and teams.
- Performance Management Guidance: Assist managers on effective goal setting, evaluations, and feedback practices.
- Employee Development Support: Help learning initiatives and manage development journeys for top talent.
- HR Compliance & Administration: Ensure policies align with laws and best practices; manage HR operations, systems, and audits.
- Employee Engagement & Relations: Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and promote healthy workplace relationships and employee engagement.
- Policy & Benefits Maintenance: Maintain policies and oversee compensation, benefits, and perks administration.
