Executive Talent Strategist

As a pivotal leader, you will steer clients through their talent acquisition journey with strategic insight and excellence. Your role is central in aligning global teams, fostering innovation, and driving impactful talent delivery strategies.

Talent Delivery Executives play a key role in shaping industries and making positive societal impacts. You will work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and drivers, ensuring resource strategies are aligned and forecasting is accurate.

The ideal candidate will have 10-12+ years of experience in technology hiring and 3-5+ years of experience in program management or team leadership roles, preferably within RPOs or large-scale recruitment environments.

You will be responsible for managing onsite delivery teams and ensuring the successful execution of talent acquisition strategies. This includes analyzing SLAs, service quality, and delivery costs to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.

Key performance indicators include achievement of contract performance KPIs and SLAs, client satisfaction scores and feedback, program budget management and performance, team and employee engagement scores, and effective management of complex, fast-paced delivery metrics.
