Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and collaborate with the organization on strategic initiatives to drive business outcomes.

About the Role:

  • Recruit and Onboard new hires, fostering a positive company culture and promoting employee engagement.
  • Conduct performance management and provide constructive feedback to enhance employee development.
  • Manage Payroll and benefits administration for employees, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Experience in Training & Development at ground level in various industries is highly valued.
  • Handle overall plant and corporate HR, local liaisoning, Factory act & local departments liaisoning.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing an MBA in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years' experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in workforce recruiting and retention.

Required Skills:

  • Strong workforce recruiting, retention, development, and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills, with attention to detail and good judgment.

Preferred Skills:

  • General knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
