Talent Acquisition Specialist Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a large organization on high-volume recruitment initiatives while leading and supporting a team of recruiters.

  • Work closely with Recruitment Managers to support the client's recruitment life cycle.
  • Provide timely updates on contracts, such as contract renewals and terminations.
  • Support HR with the onboarding of newly hired contractors/employees.
  • Create effective spreadsheets to track various items, including issue logs, interview logs, job posting logs, candidate logs, and action item logs.
  • Attend team meetings, client meetings, and set up meetings for senior management.
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure new jobs are opened in the ATS and updated daily.
  • Submit candidates on the client portal, review, and track updates published on the client portal.
  • Learn principles of candidate sourcing and screening.
  • Coordinate background checks and contract renewals.
  • Monitor recruiter performance, provide feedback, and implement process improvements.
  • Support recruitment directly during high-volume periods.
Requirements
  • University Degree
  • Excellent English oral and written skills, fluency preferred.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to details.
  • Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and manage competing priorities.
