Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading talent acquisition strategies, mentoring teams, and driving business results.

Talent Acquisition Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Mentorship and coaching of the talent acquisition team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed.
  • Development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Management of vendor relationships to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Final discussion with candidates regarding offers and extensions.
  • Negotiation of salaries within defined pay bands.
  • Overseeing the hiring of senior management-level positions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR TA Lead/Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Team management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • International recruitment experience preferred.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR.
  • 8-12 years of experience in Human Resources Management.
  • Knowledge of using various HRMS tools.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of Experience in a lead/manager role.
  • MBA/PGDM in HRD/HRM from a reputed university.
