Job Title: Strategic Program Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead cross-functional initiatives, driving high-impact results across IT and non-IT domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-project strategies, ensuring seamless delivery across various functions.
  • Create and maintain program governance frameworks, aligning with industry best practices.
  • Establish and oversee Knowledge Management Systems (KMS) to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify, assess, and track program risks, issues, and opportunities to inform strategic planning.
  • Foster collaboration and effective communication with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Supervise project managers and scrum masters to ensure alignment and excellence in delivery.
  • Maintain progress tracking, prepare MIS reports, and present updates to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree with extensive experience in program/project management.
  • Formal training in program and project management methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, and drive results-oriented outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master.
  • Proven track record of successful program delivery across IT, supply chain, infrastructure, and marketing.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion implementation.
