Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking to take on a challenging role in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a proven track record of success in HR Business Partnering and Compensation & Benefits.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with the organization's overall goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on organizational design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy.
  • Drive key initiatives across employee engagement, retention, and succession planning.
  • Lead change management efforts and support transformation programs from a people and culture perspective.
Total Rewards:
  • Design, benchmark, and implement compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions.
  • Partner with external consultants and internal stakeholders on C&B surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews.
  • Own and execute the performance appraisal cycle.
  • Evaluate reward programs to ensure they are compliant, consistent, and aligned with company values and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other teams to ensure reward frameworks meet both business and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits. Prior experience managing ESOP programs is highly desirable.
  • Strong experience in partnering with business leaders, preferably in high growth or fast-paced environments.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data and analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • An MBA/PGDM from a top-tier business school is required.
