Talent Acquisition & Retention

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with leadership to forecast staffing needs aligned with company growth plans;
  • Designing and executing recruiting strategies to attract top talent;
  • Improving onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate smoothly and stay engaged.
Culture & Employee Experience

The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Championing the company's mission, values, and vision in daily HR practices;
  • Developing initiatives to improve employee engagement, recognition, and satisfaction;
  • Facilitating team-building activities and programs that reinforce a strong company culture.
HR Operations & Compliance

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing core HR functions such as employee records, policy updates, and benefits administration;
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations;
  • Handling employee relations with discretion and fairness.
Performance & Development

The successful candidate will also support managers in implementing performance management processes (reviews, feedback, development plans) and help design and roll out learning and development programs to upskill employees.

Strategic HR Initiatives

The successful candidate will analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership and proactively identify HR-related issues and propose scalable solutions.

Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field;
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role;
  • Strong knowledge of Indian compliance and ability to work with international teams;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
