Job Role: HR Lead

We're a dynamic team dedicated to crafting impactful campaigns and building strong influencer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Coordinate the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to interviewing and hiring top talent.
  • Support performance management processes, setting KPIs, conducting appraisals, and guiding employee development.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.
  • Address queries regarding compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, training programs, and performance incentives.
  • Investigate and resolve employee grievances, providing recommendations for resolutions.
  • Participate in strategic HR projects, like workforce planning, diversity & inclusion programs, and organizational development.

Our ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Managerial role, and a solid understanding of HR functions.
