Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned HR Executive to lead our global HR operations and drive strategic initiatives that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective background verification processes to ensure compliance and accuracy in hiring.
  • Manage daily HR operations, ensuring efficient processes and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to implement best practices and ensure consistency in HR operations.
  • Design and deliver engaging onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights, helping to improve employee retention and workplace culture.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on international HR practices.
  • Strong knowledge of background verification processes and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in the European region.
  • Multilingual abilities.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. They will have excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and inspire a team, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
