Job Title: Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our volume hiring efforts in Hyderabad. In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop strategies to meet those requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reports to the TA Head and partners with business leaders to comprehend their business strategy and talent demands.
  • Responsible for strategic talent acquisition into BPO - Service Delivery teams.
  • Develops comprehensive talent strategies, including determining numbers, skills, and experience of individuals to be inducted into the company.
  • Working on talent strategy design, planning, acquisition, headcount budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Provides recruitment guidance and counsel to hiring managers.
  • Owning end-to-end recruitment process from approval to onboarding.
  • Driving special projects/initiatives.
  • Ensuring all aspects of recruitment and selection processes are adhered to, including cost-effective sourcing and screening methods.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Master's Degree or equivalent in education and relevant experience.
  • Minimum 12+ years of related experience.
  • Experience in managing people and teams.
  • Extensive experience in HR data and HR systems.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to think and operate autonomously and strategically.
