Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader

We seek a driven professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions. The ideal candidate will have a blend of strategic thinking and operational rigor, along with excellent candidate engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, interview, negotiate, and onboard top talent.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and market dynamics.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through active sourcing on platforms and referrals.
  • Drive candidate engagement through structured communication to minimize drop-offs.
  • Track recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, source mix, conversion ratios) and present reports to leadership.
Requirements
  • 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in fast-paced or startup environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously with tight timelines.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using social media and direct search.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with accountability and deliver outcomes.
