**Job Summary:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, focusing on calendar management, scheduling interviews, coordinating events, and managing travel arrangements. You will be the first point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and efficient resolution of queries.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars for senior executives and team members, ensuring timely updates and minimizing conflicts;
  • Schedule interviews, meetings, and conferences, both locally and internationally;
  • Coordinate logistics for corporate events, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements;
  • Maintain accurate records of personnel information, including leave, holidays, and training sessions;
  • Process expense submissions and reimbursements, ensuring compliance with company policies;
  • Provide general administrative support, including scanning, photocopying, and mailing packages;

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of business administration experience in a demanding environment, preferably in financial services;
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal);
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
  • Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Prior experience in calendar management, scheduling interviews, coordinating events, and managing travel is an asset;
