High-Level Administrative Coordinator for CEO

At Bastian Hospitality Pvt. Ltd, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive High-Level Administrative Coordinator for CEO to provide top-level administrative and operational support to our CEO.
This individual will serve as a trusted partner, managing schedules, coordinating communications, and ensuring the CEO's time is maximized for strategic priorities.
The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional professionalism, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and documents for meetings and events.
- Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Maintain an organized system for documentation and record-keeping.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft and edit emails, reports, and other communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Ensure timely follow-up on tasks, commitments, and deliverables.
- Meeting Management:
- Organize and coordinate executive and board meetings, including logistics, materials, and minutes.
- Track and follow up on action items discussed during meetings.
- Travel and Event Management:
- Aarrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Plan and coordinate company events, conferences, and networking engagements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Able to keep information confidential.
Salary: Estimated salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
